Reckitt Benckiser Return Policy?
Ray-Ban offers a 45-day return policy for items purchased on their official website. Customized (REMIX) orders cannot be returned. Prescription products can be returned to Ray-Ban, LensCrafters, and Sunglass Hut stores. The retail delivery fee applied at checkout for orders shipped to Colorado is non-refundable.
To initiate a return, visit the My Orders page and enter the order number and email address used when placing the order. Follow the guided procedure to print the Return Label & Authorization. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including any documentation, accessories, and manuals received with the product. Ensure the package is secure to prevent damage during shipping. Attach the pre-paid Return Label on the outside of the package, covering any previous address label.
Alternatively, visit any US Ray-Ban store, LensCrafters store, or Sunglass Hut store to register the refund at the cash desk. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is processed. The full refund amount will be visible in the account within 5 days.
Items purchased on Ray-Ban.com can only be returned to Ray-Ban stores, LensCrafters official stores, or Sunglass Hut official stores. Online purchases cannot be returned to certified or certified premium stores.
Refunds and replacements will be processed via the original payment method. Refunds typically arrive within 15 business days of receipt. For faulty products, a new product will be sent once the faulty product is received and processed at the warehouse. Returns are only accepted for items purchased from ray-ban.com.
